Architectural Control Committee (ACC)

Are you looking to make changes to the exterior of your home?

Meadowcreek Deed Restrictions require the approval of the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) prior to beginning any project for the exterior of your home including, but not limited to: painting, fencing, shutters, etc.

Email an application to meadowcreekbod@gmail.com and hoa@bhhscaliber.com prior to beginning any project. Failure to obtain approval could result in violation fines and forced removal of improvements not in compliance with restrictions. Be sure to review the subdivision Deed Restrictions for project compliance prior to submission to streamline processing. A member of the ACC will correspond to confirm approval or denial, or to request additional information to make a decision.
