Pool Open April-October

We hope everyone can get in plenty of swim time and have fun with their families. To ensure everyone can enjoy their time at the pool and be safe, we ask everyone to familiarize themselves with all existing pool rules before using the pool facility.

We suggest well before you take your family to swim, you check to make sure your key fob works. If for some reason it doesn't work, call the HOA management office 979-703-1819. Anyone needing a pool key or need to get your key activated after you have paid HOA fees need to read the message below:

The Berkshire Hathaway HOA office is currently locked and serves by appointment only. Homeowners must email hoa@bhhscaliber.com or call 979-703-1819 to request a pool key prior to visiting the office. We will let you know when your key is ready for pickup. Please allow 24 hours for pool fobs to be ready.

The Board of Directors is excited to announce Clear Choice Pool Service has been selected as the new vendor to service the community pool!

Tenant keys must be requested and approved by the homeowner.

● The first key is free to new owners.

● Replacement keys for existing owners are $20 and must be paid for at the time of pickup.

● Please note that they do not accept cash as a form of payment.

● Keys for delinquent accounts will not be activated until the account is paid in full.

Meadowcreek Pool Rules

1. No lifeguard on duty – SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK!

2. All persons using pool should do so at their own risk. Neither the association nor management shall be responsible for accidents or injuries.

3. IN CASE OF EMERGENCY - DIAL 911.

4. No children nor adults should swim alone.

5. Children under 12 years old must have adult supervision to swim and be in pool area.

6. No diving, no running, and no skating allowed.

7. No horseplay or roughhousing will be permitted.

8. No alcohol, smoking, tobacco, drugs, or weapons allowed.

9. No glass bottles or containers in pool area.

10. No BBQ pits or grills allowed in fenced pool area.

11. No animals or pets allowed in fenced pool area.

12. No foul language or music will be allowed.

13. No person with skin, eye, ear, or nasal infections or communicable diseases allowed in the pool.

14. Pool shall close immediately at first sign of thunder or lightning. Pool may re-open 30 minutes after thunder or lightning has ended.

15. Pool is for private use. Members and their accompanied guests only.

16. Swimmers must wear swimsuits in pool. No street clothes or offensive attire will be tolerated.

17. Clean up after yourself, your family and your guests. There is no onsite housekeeping service.

18. Management reserves the right to deny use of the pool to anyone at any time.

19. The pool area is under surveillance at all times.
